Oh yeah! I’m a dork.

I Won the Bunny!

Well, more accurately, I won the blister!

The results of the Danger Planet Battle Fleet Gothic Scenario Contest is in and I won first prize with my “Precious Cargo” scenario.

The caveat? I was the only entry. Ah well, while I may not have crushed my competition I still score a $10 blister out of the deal.

My understanding is that the BFG club will be playing the scenario next Sunday. I’d be interested in seeing how it goes.

What´s this crap all about ? Do You even know Yourself ? Are You serious ?

We here on Mars rather read a teenagers diary, than this shite.

Well then there’s an easy solution: Don’t read it. Duh!

No wonder Mars may only support single celled lifeforms. Anything more complex would challenge ‘em.

So Sizz, did the BFG club actually play the scenario and have comments?

    BTW Laika… you’re a nitwit. :p

They did play it last Sunday but the comments were kind of content free. “Yeah, it was fun. Ben lost though” was the most in depth analysis of the scenario.

    What helpful people…

Here’s all the commentary I’ve been able to find:

“Nick and I played. It was nice, and would have been even better if it hadn’t been my first game.”

“It was a good scenario but Ben didnt fair so well because I forced him to brace ever turn so he couldn’t do teleport attacks and since he only had strike cruisers and most of them were crippled he couldnt board succesfully but he truned out to be a very good player and new the rules very well for his first and second game”

“We played a home-brew scenario written by the local BFG club called “The Black Ship” and a straight up Cruiser Clash. I got my behind handed to me while trying to raid the Black Ship. I fared slightly better in the cruiser clash, forcing him to disengage his big cruiser which had one hit left (It would have been gone if he hadn’t put out that stupid fire! *&^$@&*!^%!) and was one hit away from crippling another big expensive cruiser. He just annihilated my escorts, and kept me braced: no ordinance for me ”

See, nothing particularly helpful. Oh, and for the record, I renamed the scenario to “Precious Cargo” because “Black Ship” just didn’t do it for me.
